Information we collect
When you use this site, request a workflow review, or contact us, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, business name, phone number, and a brief description of your needs. Scheduling details submitted through our booking provider are handled by that provider under its own privacy practices.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, schedule workflow reviews, understand your requested services, and communicate about Agentix AI Managed Services. We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging and mobile information
We collect the mobile phone number the client provides and a record of the client's consent.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are collected solely to deliver the messages described in our Service Expectations, and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Any sharing with service providers is limited to subprocessors that deliver the messages on our behalf, such as our SMS provider. Those providers may not use the information for their own purposes.

Important security notice
Please do not send sensitive credentials through this website.
Do not submit passwords, bank or payment-card details, accounting-system login credentials, tax IDs, customer financial information, or other highly sensitive bookkeeping data through this website, email, or a scheduling form. If a client engagement requires access to a business system, Agentix will discuss an appropriate authorized, permissioned method after an NDA and service arrangement are in place.
Service providers and links
We use service providers to operate this website and schedule meetings, including Cal.com for workflow-review bookings. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. This site may also link to third-party websites; Agentix is not responsible for their privacy practices.
Data sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the site and scheduling process, or when required by law. We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service evaluation, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete the information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and business-record requirements. You can also opt out of non-essential future communications at any time.
Client application data
This notice does not govern data processed through a future Agentix client application or a connected business system. Before that application is available to clients, Agentix will publish a separate client-data privacy policy on the application domain.
