FrontDesk · Essential Plus and above

Nothing important
gets buried.

FrontDesk reads everything that comes into your monitored customer email, handles what it can today, and makes sure nothing that needs you gets lost.

NOT ANOTHER INBOX TOOLYou get someone
watching the front desk.

FrontDesk is not a chatbot bolted to a website. It is not an autoresponder. It removes the volume around your judgment so the decisions that matter have room.

The pile costs twice

Your evenings.
And the message you missed.

Every message the owner reads and sorts at night costs time. The customer question, vendor bill, or complaint that sits unanswered can cost money and trust. FrontDesk watches the same pile for both problems.

How FrontDesk works

One stream.
Five accountable steps.

01

It arrives

Customer email enters one monitored stream. Text, web chat, voicemail transcripts, and contact forms are planned as additional doors.

02

It is understood

Each message is classified and summarized: customer question, booking request, vendor invoice, receipt, complaint, or something that needs review.

03

It is handled or prepared

Attachments can be captured and filed today. Draft replies, confirmed-answer workflows, and booking guidance are rolling out to pilot clients as enabled.

04

It is escalated

Complaints, anger, disputes, legal or medical language, injury, press, and anything uncertain are flagged for a human—not guessed at.

05

You see it

Your brief shows what arrived, what was handled, what is waiting on you, and what is due.

Every step is written down, timestamped, and reviewable. You can always ask what happened, when, and on whose approval.

Available today

The email door
is already open.

FrontDesk is available beginning with Essential Plus. Each client workflow is connected, tested, permissioned, and monitored before it is activated.

01

Tracked email intake

Customer email entering a monitored address becomes a tracked item.

02

Classification and summaries

Long or messy messages are turned into a clear category and plain-language summary.

03

Attachment capture

Invoices, receipts, and packing lists can be pulled from email and filed to secure client storage.

04

Human escalation

Sensitive or uncertain messages are flagged before any response is considered.

05

Approval queue

You can see the full context and exact action waiting for your decision.

06

Audit trail

Actions are written down with what happened, when, and under whose approval.

07

Your sending identity

Where a reply workflow is enabled, messages use the client’s own address—not a vendor identity.

08

Daily brief

A summary arrives with what came in, what was handled, what is waiting, and what is due.

Never handled quietly

The messages that need
a human still reach one.

Complaints. Anger. Refunds and money disputes. Legal or medical language. Injury. Press. Anything naming an attorney. Anything the system cannot confidently place.

These are flagged for a human before a reply is written. Restraint is part of the product.

You stay in control

You approve.
Always.

01

Approval comes first

Outbound replies wait for you unless you sign a written policy for specific question types. You can change or cancel that policy.

02

Confirmed facts only

Answering workflows in development are being built around facts a human has confirmed. If the answer is not known, the system does not invent one.

03

No AI moves money

There is no payment rail. A bill can be captured, filed, and placed on a list. A person decides whether it gets paid.

04

Auditable and reversible

Actions stay reviewable. Tax, legal, accounting, and investment advice remains with your qualified advisors.

Front desk meets back office

The work hiding
inside the inbox.

FrontDesk also catches the administrative work that arrives by email. Vendor bills and receipts can be filed today. Bill-field extraction, due-date tracking, and payables reminders are in active development. The Owner's Brief brings this work together with the rest of the operation.

Where it is going

More doors.
The same restraint.

ROLLING OUT

Draft replies, confirmed answers, booking guidance, and due-date detection

Available to pilot clients as each workflow is enabled.

IN ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT

Text intake and delivery checks

Client-facing customer texting is not available today and requires separate carrier registration.

ON THE ROADMAP

Website chat, voicemail transcripts, contact forms, auto text replies, and after-hours coverage

Planned as additional doors into the same managed process.

Straight answers

FrontDesk
FAQ.

Does it reply to my customers without me seeing it?

Not unless you sign a written policy allowing a specific list of question types. Until then, every reply waits for you. You can change or revoke that policy.

What if it does not know the answer?

It does not guess. Answering workflows being developed use only facts you have confirmed. If the fact is not known, a person is asked to follow up.

What happens with an angry customer or complaint?

It is routed to a human before any reply is written. Complaints, refunds, disputes, legal or medical language, injury, and press are never handled quietly.

Can it pay my bills?

No. AI does not move money. FrontDesk can capture and file a bill. Extraction, due-date tracking, and reminders are in active development, but payment stays with a person.

Is it a chatbot?

No. FrontDesk is the managed system behind incoming work. A website chat door is on the roadmap; monitored email is available today.

Do I get another login to check?

There is a screen when you want it, but the daily brief is designed to come to you so you do not have to remember to look.
